Start Where You Are On

Your Creative Journey

Over the years of working with clients and tracking my own experiences, I've noted that there are 4 distinct phases of the creative journey. Discovering where you are on your path can help you navigate where to begin; which resources will be most supportive; and where you may want to take deeper dives, integrate, and strengthen skills. I call these phases like the phases of the moon. Creative souls are often organic in your processes, and you move along your path in spirals and cycles. Where you are is absolutely perfect, and this is designed to help you find your own entry point and build practices that support your unique unfolding.

Creative Awakening

Key Words: Permission, Curiosity, & Healing

At this phase, you are aware of your creative spark, and there's a desire you don't want to ignore anymore.

Key Lessons of this Phase:

Learning to give yourself permission to be creative.
Releasing Self-judgment & being a beginner.
Healing creative wounds.

Creative Exploration

Key Words: Commitment, Authenticity, Claiming Gifts

At this phase you're comfortable saying you're an artist, and you have found a satisfying creative outlet.

Key Lessons of this Phase:

Finding & loving your unique creative expression.
Trusting yourself, your creative impulses, & your intuition.
Building courage around visibility, boundaries, and worthiness.

Creative Leadership

Key Words: Discipline, Vision, Manifestation

At this phase you're beginning to step into the public and share your gifts. You have a business or feel really pulled to build one.

Key Lessons of this Phase:

Manifesting in a more intentional and powerful way by working smarter instead of harder.
Building up your integrity muscles through discipline with self and others.
Strengthening boundaries and learning to be in joyful service rather than servitude or people-pleasing.

Creative Mastery

Key Words: Joy, Service, Abundance

In this phase you have created something that supports you in a truly joyful way. This doesn't have to look any specific way, but it feels right for you. You trust your manifesting ability, your gifts, and your outer life aligns with your inner world in a way that flows.

Key Lessons of this Phase:

Learning to have more fun, enjoy life and practice gratitude.
Allowing yourself to receive the goodness, amplify and share it.
Working with groups, delegating, and deepening your ability to receive support.
