We meet one-on-one via Zoom audio for 90 minutes. Each session begins with what’s present for you — what you’re navigating, where you’re feeling stuck, what wants to shift. From there, I use intuitive insight and energetic clearing to work with what’s underneath your current challenges. You’ll leave each session with clarity, a deeper sense of your own gifts, and lighter than when you arrived. You’ll receive a recording after every session to revisit whenever you’re ready.

I draw on over two decades of training in energy work, intuitive coaching, and transformational healing — including work with the Akashic Records, a framework that allows us to access deep information about your soul’s specific gifts and the root causes of patterns you’ve been carrying. You don’t need to know anything about this to benefit from it. I translate everything into clear, felt experience. What you’ll notice most is simply that things start to shift.

No. You don’t need years of spiritual seeking, a particular practice, or a specific framework. What matters is that you’re open and genuinely ready to meet yourself. People come to this work from all kinds of backgrounds — some are deeply seasoned in personal development, others are just beginning to feel the pull toward this kind of depth. I’ll meet you where you are.

They can be meaningful and moving — but they’re not heavy. We’re not digging through every painful moment of your past or rehashing old stories for the sake of it. We acknowledge what’s there, work with it, and move forward gently. Sometimes there are emotions that arise but not always, and I like to hold the space to allow for anything that surfaces to shift before the session is ended. My approach is warm and conversational, and we go at your pace. Most clients describe the sessions as deeply nourishing rather than draining — which is exactly how it should feel.

Some people feel a shift immediately — during the session or in the hours afterward. For others it unfolds more gradually over days and weeks. The most common thing I hear is: “Something shifted. I can’t fully explain it, but I feel different.”

With an ongoing package, the changes tend to build on each other over time. It can be both subtle and profound. Trust your own pace. The work continues to reveal itself.

I recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions — bi-weekly if you’d like a little more time to integrate. Each session builds on the one before, so it’s best to complete your package over 1–3 months. Any unused sessions expire after 6 months.

Life does get in the way sometimes — that’s completely understood. Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, and I recommend weekly or bi-weekly spacing to keep the momentum going. For that reason, packages are designed to be completed within a focused window: the 4-session package within 3 months, the 8-session package within 6 months. Any unused sessions after that point will expire, so it’s worth committing to the work when you’re genuinely ready to show up for it.

Yes. You’ll receive a follow-up email with your recording after each session. Many clients find it useful to listen back to the energetic protocols in particular — it’s common to hear something on a second listen that didn’t fully land in the moment, simply because so much moves through in a single session. The energy work is also activated, and you'll learn practices that you can return to and work with in an ongoing way.
